1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Customers can request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at middasbuye@gmail.com (or through our Contact Us page).
- Once the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Order Already Shipped
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery, and the product will be returned to us automatically. However, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
3. Customized or Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for customized, personalized, or sale items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
4. Order Cancellation by Middasbuy Shopping
- Middasbuy Shopping reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or technical errors
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
- In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund (if payment has been made).

- Reason for cancellation
